How are you moving towards your goal?

I have to teach myself to move TOWARDS things – laughingly, happily, excitedly about to perform.

How Are You Moving Towards Your Goal?

It’s how I need to be ALL the time.

The reverse is, sadly, too often the case.

I need to DO, rather than endlessly plan, think, analyse and hope.

I need to choose myself rather than waiting for others to choose me. When I choose myself, I am choosing freedom.

Too often, I chase happiness in the future not happiness in the here and now.

Freedom is the feeling of running TO something.

How Are You Moving Towards Your Goal?

I know when I am free when I feel it in my heart and in my body.

It’s that feeling of “I learned new stuff today, even if it was hard and painful”.

“I choose myself” is that feeling of “I can be myself. Even if I don’t really know who that is. And probably never will”.

It’s that feeling of running towards, not creeping away.

It’s being excited, even when I am a bit afraid.
